Clinical examination and CBCT analysis revealed stage III periodontitis and significant mobility in 7 teeth. Before any aesthetic work could begin, it was essential to address the underlying issues and establish stable oral health.
In a single procedure, we extracted 7 teeth, placed 7 implants, and performed a modified Widman flap procedure (MRWO) on the remaining teeth, with Bio-Oss bone substitute.
